Job Description
- Drives, manages and ensures smooth production cycles and day-to-day operations in terms of direction setting,
- Service delivery and managing results, quality, team development and staffing/resource allocation,
- Project delivery, management information reporting and team performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or three years related experience
- At least three (3) years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in a BPO environment
- Strong operations/production experience (i.e. creating and managing metrics, SLAs, budgets, etc.)
- Excellent customer engagement and management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Experience with providing and receiving coaching and feedback
- Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
