Job Description
- Copyedit content
- Correct and write taglines
- Check and edit video subtitles
- Write scripts for beauty-related content
- Liaise with voiceover artists
- Liaise with production, content management, and video editing teams
- Add titles and steps to original content produced in-house
- Interview sources
- Research, source, fact check, and self-edit scripts
- Develop impactful and compelling content for videos
- Select footage to build a visual narrative for scripts
- Navigate tasks without mixing up important details and deadlines
- Help guide storylines from pre-production to the final video edit in post-production

Minimum Qualifications
- Background in journalism with core journalism skills
- Strong self-editor, researcher, and fact checker
- Excellent copyediting (grammar, flow, syntax, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
- Excellent descriptive writing skills
- Fluent in English with a strong understanding of American culture
- Familiar with social media platforms, Google Workspace, Monday, Slack, and Zoom
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
