Job Description
- Ensure customer satisfaction by taking care of end to end sales coordination from prospecting, order, fulfillment, and after-sales service
- Respond to inquiries from all emails and messages promptly.
- Seek out new sales opportunities actively through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Follow all standard procedures and policies in handling reservations.
- Ensures deposits and contracts are signed, received and recorded timely and accurately.
- Ensure the availability of stock an resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations on action plans.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Develop new business, and business partners to increase sales, network, and coverage of the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, promotion and campaigns.
- Prepare monthly sales report, forecast and analysis.
- Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
- Enhance audience management through developing and managing social media and online platforms.
- Assess sponsorships and make recommendations.
- Responsible for looking new trends and new items and assist in operational work as needed.
- Perform other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing.
- Must have at least 5 years related work experience to the position.
- Excellent management skills.
- Candidate should be highly organized, logical, accurate with good communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
- Willing to work in C&L Decor, a sister company of Borland Development Corporation.
