Job Description

As People Operations Associate, you will:

  • Oversee a full cycle of recruitment efforts including talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Provide administrative support which includes maintaining recruitment files; updating and managing employee database
  • Create reports and analyze trends and metrics on talent acquisition and such
  • Participate in the planning and execution of People strategies on culture, organization growth and planning, and employee engagement
  • Assist on employee engagement activities such as lunch and learns, trainings, and seminars
  • Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Collaborate with local and regional departments to help build and maintain company culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly organized. We are scaling fast, and we need someone that can prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently;
  • Strong interpersonal skills. We need a people champion, someone that is able to resolve conflicts well, empathize with people and balance employees’ and company’s needs;
  • Emphathetic. As you understand the feelings of our employees and applicants, we want someone who will ensure a great candidate experience and employee journey;
  • Team player and communicator. You are able to work with a cross-functional, multi-country team from diverse backgrounds with a strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Embodies our key company values. We are looking for team members who are humble, hungry, and mission-driven.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations Team
  • Familiar with application tracking system and HRIS
  • Startup or SME experience is a plus
