Job Description
- Assisting Customers.
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Make sure to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
- Must have customer service skills
- Able to handle daily store operations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Marketing
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
- Flexible and can handle pressure at work.
- Strong customer service and communication skills. With the ability to train, supervise and appraise staff.
