Job Description
Specific Functions:
- Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems and solutions
- Working in an agile environment to deliver continuous software enhancements
- Building rapport and relationships with major business stakeholders
- Conducting user interviews and workshops to understand current business problem statements
- Prioritizing tasks through a value-effort matrix by working with business and developers closely
- Designing and implementing testing plans for systems and products
- Conducting UAT testing and ensuring software solutions satisfy requirements and meet end-user expectations
- Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes
- Providing L1 support to end-users as needed through our internal service desk
- Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations Taking initiatives to improve business processes through software solutions
- Investigating customer issues and feedback and looping them back to the software development lifecycle
- Having an overall understanding of systems and business processes
Minimum Qualifications
Our Requirements:
- A self-starter and open to learning and implementing best practices in business analysis and quality assurance and being part of a fun and high-performing software team. The role comes with the opportunity to absorb knowledge and grow as a business/quality analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related discipline
- At least 2 or more years of experience in a software Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance role
- Withexperience with manual and/or automated application testing
- With extensive computer software knowledge (above-average word processing knowledge, ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, and databases)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to write both business and technical reports and documents
- Able to work in a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- With good work ethic, ready to absorb best practices from the team
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
Desirable but not required
- With experience working in BA/QA roles for a Salesforce platform
- Audit experience, ISO 9001 preferred
- With working knowledge of databases
- With experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
