Job Description
- Assist in conceptualizing plan and execute respective marketing plans and programs required by the company
- Coordinate with various suppliers/stakeholders as needed
- Devise and organize a calendar of marketing events
- Write, edit, proofread marketing materials for use in different channels
- Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare reports
- Maintain and develop the organization’s client database
- Organize meetings, client call, project planning, sales meeting
- Writing content for presentations
- Work closely with different team to ensure consistent high quality deliverables
- Produce original, precise, clear and credible content for internal and external campaigns as needed
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects at a time
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
- Prepare correspondence and minutes of meeting
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing or Business Management
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work exeprience
- With pleasing personality
- Computer literate
- Flexible, trustworthy, team player
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Strong leadership skill
