Job Description
Performs Project Inspection and Supervision. Monitors and analyzes progress report of on-going and completed projects.
Responsibilities:
- Study buildings plans thoroughly and be able to implement effectively.
- Monitor daily work schedule of activities.
- Prepare cutting list and do estimates.
- Monitor materials stocks and ensure they are maintained based on requirements project.
- Ensure concreting schedules are followed as planned.
- Ensure optimum use of construction resources.
- Be able to evaluate billings on contractors’ sub-contractors fairly.
- Implement site procedures, rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- With at least 3-6 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Can transmit instruction to others, can read and interpret plans and specification very well.
- Knows to develop weekly and daily plan.
- Preferably with experience in MRB & HRB construction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional License is required.
- Can start ASAP.
