Job Description
- Being part of suppliers selection process (affiliated cars companies) to ensure the smoothly operation as business required.
- Allocate vehicle routes to each supplier on new open routes. to be able to respond to business plans and customer demands and requirements in time.
- Follow up, assess, and evaluate the performance of suppliers.
- Coordinate and build relationships with affiliated company (Supplier) – including regularly visit and oversee the operations site.
- Organize and keep track of a warning letter for Supplier when agreements or regulations disobey. Manage and control of contract and service for Supplier.
- Support, advice, and give training to subordinates. Ensure the understanding, efficiency, effectiveness of work detail and process to be able to support the organization to achieve the best goals .
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics or Express industry.
- High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical skills, decision making skills and problem-solving skill.
- Good knowledge and understanding in transportation and logistics
- Computer skills (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English Communication Level – Chinese is a plus
- Can drive four wheels and with Driver's License is a plus.
