Job Description
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales production reports
- Assists sellers with sales-related requirements
- Coordinates with the Sales Admin and Documentation Department in terms of lacking documents of each client so as not to delay any transactions
- Closely monitors pending requests from various departments
- In-charge of the logistics for projects along with the materials for each project and their availability
- Files and safe-keeps pertinent documents
- Assists in the commission filing of sellers and closely monitors concerns and problems, if there is any, and relays these to Sales Directors
- Arranges monthly manning schedules for the division
- Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree from any field
- At least one (1) year of working experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates with relevant undergraduate and/or internship experiences
