Junior Recruiter  

London Outsourced is recruiting in-house for a Junior Recruiter!

We are a fast and growing company. With little over 2 years experience we have gone from a team of 5 to 100+. We work in areas of Marketing, Sales, support, and finance. We have a diverse set of clients dotted between North America, Europe, and Asia.

• You will be working closely with the London outsourced team in sourcing and hiring Rockstar talent in Southeast Asia as well as negotiating and managing between client and candidate.
• The Junior Resourcers we are looking for will collaborate with our team when it comes to scheduling and managing the interviews for our internal Recruiters.
• Create necessary documents and file them accordingly in our CRM.
• Our team is entirely remote and therefore bases relations completely on trust and integrity.

• Understanding the basics of Excel and CRM software
• 3 months - 1 years experience - Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Experience with navigating through Linkedin Recruiter Lite
• Self-motivated, ability to set own benchmarks and personal development milestones
• International Client experience is beneficial though not essential
