Job Description
- Establish, develop, and maintain business partnerships with service centers, warranty service/parts contractors/providers, and other entities needed to fulfill the requirements of extended warranty and accidental damage protection contracts, including setting up service agreements that include standards for servicing turnaround time and acceptable costs of repair and parts;
- Ensure that all claims-related issues involving extended warranty and accidental damage protection services of the CLIENT are handled amicably and promptly, while putting into primary consideration the best interests of the CLIENT;
- Represent the CLIENT in claims-related mediation with government agencies and other such external parties, including but not limited to the Department of Trade and Industry;
- Directly report to management business developments, results of operations and other issues that would need management attention
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with preferably 3-8 years work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel) and Email
- Experience in handling business relationships with service centers or a similar role
- Experience in managing a team of service center technicians is an advantage
- Knowledge in service center item repair and labor costs is an advantage
