M2.0 Communications Inc. is a public relations and digital marketing agency that strives to transform brand messaging into data-driven, insightful, and meaningful stories that connect our partner organizations to their audiences. The Associate Account Director will play a key supportive role under the Client Success Account Director in strategizing, implementing, managing, coordinating, and monitoring projects. Organizational and communication skills will be critical in working with internal teams and carrying out key deliverables including reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Project management, such as assigning tasks to break up large projects and setting deadlines
- Analyze client issues in an ongoing basis to recommend training sessions in specific areas and proactively propose actionable solutions
- Managing client deliverables, including reports, memos, and presentations
- Interfacing with clients and partner agencies to manage approvals and other processes
- Work across teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client-facing communications
- Assist in delivering presentations to clients
- Conduct research to inform client strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement projects
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and expenses
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project management. Background in agency management, advertising, and social media marketing is a plus
- Proven experience as an Assistant Account Executive, Account Coordinator, or a similar role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with Google’s web-based office suite is a plus
- Ability to manage projects across multiple teams
- Knowledgeable in research methods
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
