Job Description

  2. Conduct thorough needs analysis for each client, delving into their unique financial circumstances, goals, and objectives. Utilize your financial acumen and expertise to assess their requirements accurately and comprehensively.
  3. Develop customized financial solutions that align with the identified needs of each client. Employing your deep understanding of financial products and services, create tailored strategies that address their specific requirements and provide tangible value.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills by establishing and nurturing long-term connections with clients.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights, guidance, and recommendations to help clients navigate complex financial landscapes successfully.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including documentation of client interactions, financial plans, and any changes to their circumstances. Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards to safeguard client information and maintain regulatory compliance.
  7. Continuously strive for professional growth and development by actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and educational opportunities. Stay abreast of industry advancements, financial products, and best practices to enhance your expertise and deliver exceptional service.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Specifications

  • Monthly performance-based income
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance and Commerce is an advantage
  • No experience as Financial Advisor in any Life Insurance Company
  • Experienced Professionals from Private Banking, Pharmaceutical, Business Process Outsourcing, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Academe
  • Fresh graduates
