Job Description
- According to the company's strategic requirements and business planning, formulate performance appraisal and incentive plans that are compatible with business development and promote their implementation, so as to promote the company's strategic and development goals;
- Complete the decomposition of the company's overall organizational performance indicators, establish and continuously improve organizational performance and individual performance management tools and methods, promote the effective implementation and implementation of the company's strategic goals in various departments, and monitor the assessment process;
- Complete the statistics and analysis of performance appraisal data, regularly submit organizational performance appraisal reports, put forward suggestions for improvement, and conduct corresponding performance feedback interviews;
- Lead the completion of regular tracking management and review analysis of performance management work, timely monitor and analyze performance management implementation effects and existing problems, and make timely improvements and optimization adjustments to problems;
- Lead the optimization of the company's performance incentive plan and put forward practical suggestions for it;
- Research salary market changes and industry development trends, conduct market salary research, and adjust company salary performance strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above, major in human resource management, labor and social security, financial management, enterprise management, etc.
- 5 years or more of working experience in salary performance management, experience in high-tech enterprises is preferred, and in-depth insights into performance management;
- Proficiency in using performance management tools, familiarity with long-term incentives and short-term incentive policies and methods;
- Strong logical thinking ability, high digital sensitivity, good at data analysis, good communication and coordination skills;
- Possess strong execution ability and a high sense of responsibility, good team spirit and professional ethics, confidentiality awareness, and be able to work under pressure
