SAS and VBA Developer  

Qualifications:

A. Educational Background:

Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering / Computer

Science / Information Technology /Information Systems or other similar discipline.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

B. Employment Background:

• 3-4 years professional experience in dashboard/report analysis,

development and maintenance.

• Project management experience beneficial to role.

C. Special Skills:

• Must have VBA and SAS programming background, knowledgeable in using SAS Base and SAS

• Enterprise Guide Develop and implement programming codes to meet designed interface solutions.

A minimum of 1-2 years of SAS programming experience is required.

A minimum of 3-5 years of VBA programming experience is required.

This position is targeted at mid-level professionals.

• Perform troubleshooting through analysis of code and data.

• Perform testing to ensure viability of programming through validating individual units of source codes

• Communicate with us to understand and interpret requirements, address issues and changing business needs.

• Write technical documentation to provide user instructions.

• Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is nice to have.

Summary: The SAS VBA Developer role will analyze, evaluate and maintain existing or proposed data reporting flows, to support business reporting requirements. The main task is to assist the department in building automated process flows that transform data extracted to report format.
