Job Description
- Is responsible of the baking aspect of the commissary - delivering cakes, bread and pastries
- Ensure freshmness of all bakery items
- Maintain and control inventory of baked items
- Ensure compliance of all food processing laws and regulations
- Conducts R & D of the bakery from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be keen in attention to detail
- Can execute fast-paced decision making
- Must be a graduate of Culinary, Hotel and Restaurant Management or its equivalent
- At least 2 years experience as Pastry Chef

NIC's started as a commissary established by Maggie and Rina Go in 2001. Nicol is the name of Rina's first daughter after which the company was named. Specialties such as classic desserts borne out of homemade, family tested recipes gave them the confidence to offer their products. The company primarily Desserts and Breads to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food chains at wholesale prices. Specific food items such as pastas and rice meals were also developed to suit client's need.
