Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Researches potential vendors
- Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
- Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Provincial applicants that are willing to relocate in Manila
Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualification:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Accountacy or related course
- Must be able to do field work
- Must have good analytical and numerical ability
- Must be flexible and able to work ondifferentworking environment, as wellas traveling to different places andworking on extended hours and on holidays.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English andTagalog
- Must be determined and strong-willed
- New graduate may be considered
- Applicants must be willing to work on-site, at Malate, Manila City.
