Logo and Graphic Designer  

• Design 100% original vector based logos that you upload to BrandCrowd, and prepare for review and publishing meeting agreed KPIs
• Design new high quality font or text based logos using the BrandCrowd Maker and prepare for review and publishing meeting agreed KPIs
• Record your work in a timely manner in a personal tracker and team trackers
• Use reverse image search (RIS) tools to ensure your design is not too similar to any existing published logo on BrandCrowd or anywhere online.
• Report copyright infringements to team leaders
• Copywriting – add keyword driven titles and relevant tags to help customers find BrandCrowd logos on Google and find relevant logos on the website
• Copywriting – write short logo descriptions and page descriptions for landing pages when required
• Design unique original graphics and icons for the logo maker and other template makers and design libraries on BrandCrowd
• Review, curate and enhance logo stock using our admin tools to sell on BrandCrowd meeting agreed KPIs
• Edit and enhance existing logo and other template inventory including colors, text and taglines
• Support the Logo Curation Team and the SMT Curation Team when needed
• More and/or different responsibilities can be added may arise as part of the role

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a talented logo or graphic designer with strong experience in and a huge passion for logo design to contribute to our world-leading logo library. The role is focused on logo creation. A strong visual eye is a must but also you need to have good copywriting skills to be able to give your logo a savvy and search engine friendly name.

You have a strong knowledge of how the right typography and color combinations can create beautiful logos.

This role requires a creative and organized individual who works well in a team and is looking to use their logo design skills to create amazing new logos to sell designs to customers from around the world. You must be comfortable working to a design brief producing up to 15 unique original vector-based logo designs per day from scratch.

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum experience working as an in-house graphic designer, agency or freelancer where you were engaged in logo creation
• At ease using design software and technologies including Adobe Illustrator
• A strong logo design portfolio or online graphic design portfolio link with your application
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field and/or strong work experience designing logos is essential
• Excellent visual taste/aesthetics is a must
• Good knowledge of how the right typography and color combinations to create a stunning logo
• Knowledge of graphic design trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Keen goal setter, who is comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets
• Self starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong, confident level of business English expected for editing the logos you make and SEO
• Comfortable working in Google suite products and messaging apps like Slack
• A reliable internet connectivity with a minimum 10 mbps bandwidth
• A conducive home office
