Marketing Associate  

A marketing associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. He/She understands the extensive processes and models of marketing and must be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior.

Job Description

• Provide input on market studies, client management, hands-on sales, and marketing functions.
• Implement approved Marketing Plan and Sales Plan.
• Regularly monitors sales, targets, forecast and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to the Sales and Marketing departments.
• Evaluate and suggest marketing strategies based on research and concrete and quantitative data.
• Conceptualize with the creative team on campaigns, projects and content that will best accomplish the goals set by the company within the branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team on assignments based on the activities and campaigns set by the company.
• Manage social media accounts including submitting social media plans and coordination with the creative team.
• Work closely with the Sales Teams on formulating plans on how to reach sales goals and increase market share.
• Maintain execution of cohesive branding throughout the different departments of the company.
• Deal with industry partners, organizations and associates to work on projects, events and other promotional efforts
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.

• Graduate of Marketing or any other Business-related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite, G Suite, Web Analytics and business research tools
• Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
