Finance AR Online Assistant Manager  

Your responsibilities: The job of an H&M Finance Online AR Assistant Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

• Supervise AR executive in daily basis for all transactions related to voucher.
• Ensure and monitor offline voucher sales including invoice preparation (for bulk purchase) and its collection.
• Maintain and keep track records of online voucher sales and its remaining un-redeemed balance.
• Monitor un-redeemed online & offline voucher balance.
• Check and monitor expiry of online & offline vouchers.
• Recheck and monitor that there’s no replication issue in system.
• Provide monthly online & offline voucher contribution report.
• Periodic review on current internal control relating to voucher.
• Provide support on all issues related to voucher.

• Have minimum Bachelor Degree with Accounting major.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce business platform.
• Knowledge in SAP is a must.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Dynamic Business Central formerly Dynamic, Payment Gateway mechanism, Interface system (API).
• Coming from fashion industry background would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in accounting.
• Good analytical skill and good command in English.
