Job Description

  • Prepare brief document of new product or business process design
  • Review and analyze the business model, price and package for business contract proposal
  • Monitor new product implementation, including risk identification & mitigation of new product
  • Review and analyze workflow process using a chart, diagram, or flow process chart document
  • Prepare and distribute any standard operation procedure document
  • Review and analyze technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to evaluate market
  • Build relationship with other parties e.g. customer, government, auditor, regulator, and vendor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least S1 from Management/Industrial Engineering
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
  • Have experience in banking and payment industry is required
  • Have strong knowledge in business process analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving oriented
  • Excellent documentation skills to drive SOR/BRD, FSD, use cases, flowcharts, training materials, SWOT diagram, etc
  • Have good self-motivation, fast learner, can do attitude, able to work as a team or able to work independently and good administration skills
  • Able to work under required time and pressure
  • Willing to work in mobile environment, and will be located in BSD and Jakarta area
