Job Description
- In your role as a DevOps Engineer, you form the interface between operation and development and ensure that our applications run reliably.
- They focus primarily on operational issues and work closely with our agile Java development teams.
- With your know-how, you actively advance the further development of agile processes - thanks to you, we will be well positioned in the future.
- You are also responsible for setting up and optimizing monitoring and logging of the infrastructure, services and applications.
- The creation and implementation of backup and recovery concepts round off your responsible area of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- As a basis, bring along a degree in computer science or a comparable training in IT.
- Ideally, you already have experience in security (SAST, DAST) and cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- You are very familiar with Linux servers (SLES, RHEL) and web or application servers (e.g. Apache web server, Tomcat, nginx, Spring Boot, MySQL).
- Know-how in the administrative handling of developer tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Gradle, Maven or Subversion as well as with Docker and Kubernetes would be ideal.
- Last but not least, you are characterized by confident English, a creative way of working and an interest in new technologies and team spirit.
