Marketing Officer  

The Marketing Officer is a liaison between new and prospective parents and the school. S/he knows how to build relationships, and must be a proactive collaborator with all team members. This person is expected to be responsible for the following:

ADMISSIONS:

1. Help establish and direct an enrollment management plan that addresses prospective parents (inquiry, materials, follow-up); current families (surveys, re-enrollment incentive programs, exit surveys);
2. Help increase enrollment of new students and meet student retention goal.
3. Attend school fairs.
4. Help organize open houses and school tours for prospective parents.
5. Maintain accurate database of prospective families.

MARKETING:

1. Write and submit press releases regularly.
2. Create and maintain the development of a media relations program that includes relationship building with online and traditional news sources.
3. Help oversee website administration. Works with IT consultant, parent volunteers and/or outside vendors to ensure website is current and an effective means of communication. Regular updates of content, photos and videos are important.
4. Give input for the integrity of the school's branding to ensure that brand is consistently adhered to
5. Oversee paid advertising and all social media sites.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as Marketing or Communications, or the equivalent
• Must have at least 3 to 6 years of relevant sales and marketing work experience, with at least 3 years as Officer
• Work experience in schools is an advantage
• With excellent written and oral communications skills
• Has the ability to provide big-picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives.
• Possesses collaborative leadership skills that encourage team cooperation and motivate relationship-building.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, database management, on on-line marketing modalities (Search engine optimization, social media marketing via Facebook, Twitter, IG, etc., other mobile applications).
• Is self-confident in oral, written, strategic and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours with possible evening and weekend meetings/activities.
• Applicants must be willing immediately available to work full-time in-person in Pasig City.
• References must be immediately available.
