Job Description

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Remedy Skintech, Inc., a leading provider of premium skincare solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle, triage and answer inbound customer messages on our social media, text, and web channels
  • Monitor, track and report daily volumes of inquiries, appointments and completed bookings
  • Build and maintain the knowledge base so we have a standard response for common inquiries
  • Reach out to patients who have complete treatments to solicit Google Reviews
  • Assist in optimizing the patient journey to ensure we have a seamless booking experience across all of our channels

Minimum Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to customer queries
  • Proficient in using various software and technology tools to support customer service activities
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a deep understanding of product features and benefits
  • Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews) and online tools (Notion, Google Workspace)
  • Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Willing to do on-site training/s & meetings
