Job Description
If you have an eye for detail and managing logistics, and the skill and desire to lead a team, the position as an Outbound Supervisor might be an excellent fit for you.
Outbound Supervisor supports the Outbound Manager in overseeing the shipping and logistics of goods from the warehouse to our community leaders. They analyse the day-to-day outbound operations and propose process improvements and improve activities efficiently.
- Oversee outbound operations
- Ensure accurate tracking and accounting of outbound goods
- Propose process improvement for efficient flow of outbound products
- Generate metric reports with analysis as needed
- Various other duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in Logistics or in Warehouse Outbound Operations
- Aptitude for counting and inventory management
- Organizational and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to work long hours during peak cycle
