Job Description
- Relationship building with brands owners/sellers
- Monitors operation KPIs of sellers currently selling on SehatQ (e.g. cancellation rate, late shipment rate, etc.)
- Monitors assortment, pricing competitiveness, stock availability of key products offered by the brands/sellers
- Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
- Provide market insights from brand owners/sellers' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
- Identify brands/sellers needs and work with internal teams to use Toko SehatQ to solve issues faced by them
- Pitch and negotiating deals with brands/sellers and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
- Working with marketing team to prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
- Report and track progress on seller activity, results and initiatives
- Coordinate the onboarding of brands/sellers to Toko SehatQ platform together with business development/sales and Merchant Operations teams
- Work closely with and report to Category Manager to ensure related category’s growth
Minimum Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably in business or relevant majors
- Minimum 2 years working experience in key account management. Must have experience in eCommerce retails (FMCG, F&B or mother baby category), sales & related roles
Mandatory skills & knowledge :
- Track record of negotiation & successful internal & external relationship management & able to tailor presentation to the right level of audience across the businesses
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced & ambiguous environment
- Can-do attitude, strong work ethic and thrives in ever-changing startup environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English
