HR Manager | OD & Change Management  

The HR Manager will be primarily responsible in implementing the change management initiatives for Project Spark by assisting in partnering with vendors and also SKY stakeholders in ensuring deliverables are accomplished within the agreed schedule. He or She shall also support training efforts by partnering with third party agencies and ensure delivery of training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Documents changes in roles and responsibilities and other necessary document requirements for the delivery of the change management activities
• Gathers all necessary data needed on the current processes for all groups concerned and update all these following the "to be" process
• Supports training efforts and partner with the vendor in ensuring delivery of training programs.
• Provides assistance in ensuring the stakeholders submit necessary reports/requirements in all change management activities initiated by the vendor

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• With at least 5 years of experience in the HR field - Change Management and Organizational Development
• Preferably with experience in vendor management and training
• Has good verbal & written communication skills
• With excellent analytical skills and can work under pressure
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications
• Self-managed, highly organized, with sense of urgency and with time management skills
• Patient, service-oriented and a team player
• Possesses good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
