Job Description

The role will require designing, executing and analyzing data-driven campaigns aimed at improving customer retention & lifetime value, and driving member acquisition for SM Retail and its affiliates. The role requires broad understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, omni-channel data, inter-departmental coordination, strong project management skill set, hands on experience setting up/executing multi-channel campaigns with marketing automation tool. Ability to do data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the assigned business units in conceptualizing and successfully executing end-to-end tailored member campaigns that will influence business growth; (a) drive traffic in-store, (b) increase membership sign-up’s, and (c) reduce membership fall-out
  • Champion optimization of campaigns by (a) understanding the end to end conversion funnel and identifying areas for the team to optimize conversion flow through analyzing key metrics on an ongoing, per campaign / at a customer level and implement the changes in the key campaigns / customer journey to drive higher engagement/drive key business metrics and (b) setting up A|B Testing by campaign, Multivariate testing on the tool on a regular basis and drive test and learn culture in the team.
  • Work closely with the Digital Analyst in generating customer intelligence by regularly monitoring customer segmentation and purchase behavior, evaluating campaign results vis-à-vis metrics, developing analytics and report dashboards and identifying data-driven trends and opportunities. Provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Help fashion a data-driven marketing culture by “coaching” the marketing stakeholders in designing their own lifecycle marketing programs and “training” on how to use marketing automation tools on end to end campaigns across customer lifecycle, customer journey flows, scheduling of campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Customer-centric at heart. Strategic, driven, creative and a team player.
  • Min. two (2) years’ experience in end to end campaign management role managing lifecycle campaigns. Hands on experience using marketing automation/CRM tools and platforms for example: Adobe Campaign Management, Salesforce etc. Expertise with A/B and multivariate testing methods for email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, project management, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for editing responsive email code a plus.
