Job Description
Team MCM
For Property Specialists:
- Sell SMDC properties through manning, online ads/events, and other prospecting activities
- With mall rotations/shifts
- Look for potential buyers and marketing partners
- Be able to do project presentations
- Assist clients in site visits
For Business Managers/Property Associates:
- Refer potential buyers
- Look for clients & referral partners (lead generation)
- Work From Home
For Marketing Partners/Brokers/Brokerage Company (Local and International):
- Promote SMDC projects to their networks
- Look for bulk buyers and investors
- Refer interested clients
Minimum Qualifications
For Property Specialists:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner, hardworking and goal-oriented
- Can do digital marketing
- Experience in sales/real estate is an advantage
- Accredited Salesperson for PRC and HLURB is a plus
For Business Managers/Property Associates:
- With reliable internet connection
- Can create teaser posters for onliine boosting is an advantage
- Good with digital marketing and Facebook Ads is a plus
For Marketing Partners/Brokers/Brokerage Company:
For Local Maketing Partners/Brokers/Brokerage:
- With PRC brokers license
- Not yet accredited with SMDC
- Open to brokerage companies
For International Marketing Partners/Brokers/Brokerage:
- No brokers license needed
- Open to brokerage companies
- Non Filipinos can apply
- Filipinos based abroad may also apply
