Paid Media Manager  

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display and social media.
• Set and manage client advertising spend across Facebook, Google and other relevant media channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram etc.) on a campaign basis.
• Monitoring and reporting on ad performance on a routine basis.
• Analysing results and advising the team and client on recommended adjustments to the advertising strategy to drive conversion.
• Prepare and present client reports on ad performance.
• Working with the rest of the client's marketing team on marketing strategy to get the best results for our clients.
  

Must Have:

• 2 + years experience in paid media management
• Experience managing advertising campaign budgets ranging from AU$10,000 - AU$100,000+ per month.
• Experience monitoring, managing and reporting on ad campaigns on both Google ads and Facebook ads

• Commercially minded, with experience in budget allocation and ad optimisation

• Understanding of the sales funnel and how it applies to digital marketing
• Strong organisational, time and budget management skills
• Competitor and audience research and analysis
• Copywriting and creative design skills are a plus
