Our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist will be responsible for:
- Create SEO client deliverable documents, reports, and presentations with attention to quality, detail, and consistency
- Perform content-focused SEO tasks, including keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and content briefs
- Perform technical SEO tasks, including running Screaming Frog crawls, interpreting Google Search Console reports, and writing requirements documents for developers
- Page title and metadata recommendations
- Understand, interpret and make action plans based on metrics from various sources, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and other related courses
- 3-4 years work experience in search engine optimization
- Experience in using the following tools: Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
- An interest and understanding of psychology in relation to marketing strategy, process, customer service, and people management
- Process-orientation

- Can work independently
- Fast learner
- Very good decision-making skills
- Can handle pressure and conflict with grace
- Good interpersonal and team skills
- Amenable to WFH, M-F following the US Shift (8PM-5AM)
- Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps
