Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Unit manager will handle administrative duties in support of the Unit Manager. These would involve :
- Record Keeping
- Filing
- Organizing Records
- Generating reports
- Creating Presentation Materials
- Coordinate with the different departments for the Unit manager
- Coordinate with all the Advisors within the Unit as instructed by the Unit manager
- Handle collection and remittances whenever required
Minimum Qualifications
- Organized
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook
- Punctual
- Unquestionable Reputation
- Is of Good Moral Character
- Must value His/Her Integrity
