Job Description
- Ensure all customer care activities run according to the procedures set by the company
- Supervise customer care team so that they have excellent customer service standards with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with departments related to solve customer complaint and achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage customer care platform, review and improve to achieve business objective and productivity
- Proactively identify potential business opportunities from customer care insight
- Communicates and negotiates with stakeholders and external parties in order to get support for customer care
Minimum Qualifications
- Leadership skills
- Understanding customer care platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Patience, compassion and empathy
- Having minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service Manager
- Would be advantage if the candidate has online & offline business experiences
