Job Description
- Serve digital customers with activation complaints with service excellence practice.
- Reply any messages from customers (through email / WA / phone calls) both in Indonesia and English accurately.
- Maintain a well-organized database of complaints and/or other information from customers on a daily basis.
- Able to operate Google Ads and/or other related systems.
- Collaborate on preparing subscription campaigns and/or promotion along with the IT and Social Media & Audience Engagement team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information System, Communication, or other related major.
- Min. 2 years of experience(s) in similar roles. Candidates with customer service experience will be prioritized.
- Has solid experience work using Google Sheet, Canva, Google Console, and other related software on previous experience(s).
- Familiar with Payment Gateway and Paywall System.
- Strong problem solving ability with a sense of innovation and accuracy.
