Job Description
- Develop and execute employee-related activities/events such as company events, employee health & wellness programs, employee engagement programs, town hall meetings, partnerships and perks, interest groups, culture-building activities, retention programs, and all other monthly programs.
- In-Charge of Internal Communications - develop content of creative materials (print and email) for HR; releasing announcements, creating employee contests, hyping up internal programs, send out org-wide email advisories for org-wide program; handle end-to-end implementation of internal communication projects.
- Prepare and facilitate New Hire Orientation and handles the distribution of all materials needed by the new hires (i.e. On-Boarding Kit, Laptop, Email, IDs, etc.).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs through the use of metrics.
- Spearhead all health, safety, and wellness events and programs.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the HR Manager.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare and format business correspondence - memos, emails, presentations and reports.
- Provide general administrative support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- +1-2 Year experience in handling company events, and internal communications.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
