Business Process Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & CORE CAPABILITIES

The role will involve working closely with the operations team and leading implementation of process changes in the delivery workflow. Within the role you be focused on a broad range of activity including:

• Evaluation of existing business process and working in partnership with local teams, develop efficiency improvements across the process line.
• Documenting business processes and creating new delivery and operations procedures at the highest standards
• Lead the coordination and connection across teams to reduce process errors and save costs associated with poor process design and implementation.
• Develop and implement effective change management solutions that ensure new solutions are embedded and adopted
• You will be working in a team environment to problem solve and brainstorm process hurdles throughout the delivery function.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
• Experience in process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development
• Experience writing requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Tools
• Good in business analytics and implementation
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Preferably with prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Good work attitude and ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
