Job Description
- We are looking for talented Training Specialist to join our amazing Mobile Account at Transcosmos McKinley Hill Manila!
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day Training & Development and Coordination of Managed Service training and on-going development!

- As a Training Specialist you are responsible to deliver a face to face and/or remote training.
- Manage and maintain all service agents’ progression with on-going service development.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
- Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
- Flexible to work on a shifting schedule / Graveyard shift.
