Quality Assurance Lead  

• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the QA Team.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Review the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current policies
• Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth
• Review detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Participate during sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings and sprint review.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create reports documenting testing phases errors and issues/defects for fixing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using AI standard tools
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
• Performs other related duties and work beyond business hours as required.
• Adheres to all company policies, processes, and business ethic codes.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Create Release Criteria and Summary Metrics Report

A. Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field

• (And/or) An equivalent of the same in working experience

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• Knowledgeable in API testing, Integration Testing

• Knowledgeable in Load testing/Stress testing/Performance Testing and compatibility testing

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools

• Hands-on experience database / security testing

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Knowledgeable with Agile Methodology is a plus.

• Experienced with administering and/or managing Windows Servers and/or RHEL is a plus.
