Job Description
- The Area Head is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating of a group of agency office sites in his/her assigned Sales and Marketing area.
- He/she is responsible for the implementation of the Company and Division's operating plans
- To attain agreed Initial, First year, and Renewal premiums as well as manpower goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila - South and East;

Must have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relations, computer proficient and preferably with driving skills;

With minimum of 3 years work experience in Marketing and Sales Management;
