Job Description
- Responsible in analysing, designing, coding and modifying websites/web applications based on technical and functional specifications.
- Capable of understanding client’s needs and translating it into an effective application design.
- Expert in troubleshooting, testing, maintaining and enhancing applications and databases.
- Competent in communicating and collaborating with team members in utilizing tools such as Githab, GitLab, Zoho, and PHP Storm.
- Actively leading the web developer team in the complete development life cycle - from data gathering, analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance.
- Actively leading various integration projects with third party APIs.
- Adept in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Consistently following up issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Proficient in performing root cause identification, analysis and resolution.
- Meticulous in conducting quality control and code reviews both for applications and projects.
- Expert in establishing company’s practices, standards and policies relating to software development
- Proficiently in preparing complete program specification and process flowchart both for new and existing application programs.
- Capable of transforming non-technical, business requirements and features requests into technical specification.
- Knowledgeable in task planning and delegation.
- Efficiently provides IT management with timely status and accomplishment reports.
- Adhering with the company’s vision and existing policies.
- Supporting company’s best practices, processes and technologies.
- Exhibiting professionalism and versatility in a diverse working environment.
- Displaying enthusiasm on continuous learning by discussing openly with management his/her career aspirations and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Design, Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 4 years of working experience in web development and system design
- At least 4 years of experience in PHP, LARAVEL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, MySQL)
- Knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization
- Experienced with Agile Methodology/ SCRUM
- At least 3 years working experience with database management (MySQL, MSQL, MS Access)
- Core Java programming experience is an advantage.
- Adept in WordPress, Content Management System and E-commerce System
- Expert in working/integrating and building applications with third party APIs.
- Team player
- Displays professionalism in prioritizing tasks and time management.
