About the Role and Company
We are looking for an enthusiastic, out of the box thinking Account Manager, to liaise directly with our clients and provide support to the Account Directors. You will be the main contact for the existing accounts in your portfolio.
GreeChat is one of the largest and most established providers of Live Chat services. We holistically manage live chat operations for our clients to deliver them all the benefits of live chat, without the drawn-out conversations.
GreeChat focuses on these key areas of talent management: engagement, development, and culture to motivate, develop and deliver excellence for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise directly with our global clients to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner and provide them with regular updates/reports
2. Providing support to the Account Directors by fulfilling all tasks which are assigned by them
3. Acquire a thorough understanding of key Client requirements
4. Continuously propose solutions that meet the objectives of the business
5. Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to the Account Directors in a timely manner
6. Serve as the link of communication between Account Directors and the Operations team
7. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the stakeholders using key account metrics
8. Provide support to the internal Operations and Quality teams whenever required
9. Create process flow charts for the clients
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above in any discipline or study program
2. Minimum of 2 years of account manager experience
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
4. Proactive and have a strong desire to achieve targets
5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
