Roles and Responsibilities

• Head of administering clear communication with ZEN’s hotel partners during on-boarding and sustaining excellent relationships with distribution channel partners
• Champion exchanging information with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
• Enhance on-boarding & distribution processes to minimize sign-to-live timing
• Resolve diligently on-boarding issues as they arise

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Excellent academic performance and credentials
• Must have at least 2 years experience in managing inventory on Online Travel Agencies (e.g. Booking, Expedia, Agoda, & Traveloka) and on hotel systems (e.g. channel managers and PMS)

Mindset and Attitude

• Detail-oriented and meticulous when writing and reviewing varying information posted on OTAs and Zen Rooms
• Ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
• Competent to take on the responsibility with minimal supervision
• Up to the challenge of working under pressure
• Analytical and has a problem-solving attitude

Skill Sets

• Must be proficient in MS Excel
