Qualifications Must-Have

* Proven success managing SEO & Social Media for ecommerge or brands
* Strong analytical mindset
* Experience creating content strategy from zero
* Comfortable with data & dashboards
* Fluent English (written & spoken)
* Digital tools expert: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Notion, Sheets

The Role
You will create, manage, plan, and execute the digital strategy across SEO, Social Media, Content, and Performance.
This role is for someone with deep experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn insights into real business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy (Core Expertise)
* Develop full SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and traffic forecasting
* Create content strategy for organic growth
* Monitor and improve rankings, impressions, CTR, and conversions
* Manage link-building and content optimization plan
2. Social Media Strategy (Core Expertise)
* Plan multi-platform social media strategy (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube)
* Build content pillars, tone, and monthly content calendars
* Work closely with creative team for high-impact visuals & copy
* Track and optimize engagement, reach, and growth metrics
* Lead campaigns, challenges, hooks, and viral ideas 3. Digital Campaign Strategy
* Create integrated digital funnels for brand awareness → conversion
* Understand Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads basics (able to plan)
* Develop KPIs for paid & organic campaigns
* Analyze campaign data and optimize performance
4. Analytics & Insight * Track using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights
* Create weekly/monthly performance reports
* Turn data into actionable strategies
* Identify growth opportunities early
5. Content Direction
* Guide copywriters, designers, and video editors
* Approve final content before posting
* Maintain consistent brand messaging
* Ensure content aligns with campaign strategy
6. Leadership & Coordination
* Work directly with management
* Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Ads, and Social Media teams
* Ensure all tasks follow deadlines & KPIs
* Mentor junior digital staff
