Sales Manager  

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage, lead, and coach Sales Executives

· Achieve monthly & annual sales targets

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Lead showroom operations, presentations, and test drives

· Implement sales strategies for retail and fleet clients

· Conduct sales meetings and performance evaluations

· Coordinate with Marketing for events and promotions

· Track competitor activity and market trends

Ensure compliance with dealership processes and policies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· 3–5 years automotive sales experience (EV background is an advantage)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· High integrity, positive attitude, and goal-oriented

· Ability to lead and motivate a team

· Tech-savvy, data-driven, and willing to learn EV systems

· Preferably resides near Quezon City
