Ylopo is seeking a sharp, solutions-driven IT Business Analyst to help transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across our projects.

Job Description:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements by eliciting, analyzing, and specifying the underlying business needs and compiling them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD).
  • Closely work with the developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Tracks and manages the requirements' status across the entire project lifecycle, including necessary enforcement or redefinition.
  • Write test scripts, execute and document Systems Integration Testing (SIT), log identified defects, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement effective solutions based on process evaluations.
  • Assist/Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies, identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Develop and maintain process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide the project team. Effectively communicate complex information through simple, easily understandable visuals.
  • Conduct end-user training, process walkthroughs and reporting overviews.
  • Handle spot requests and assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst
  • Excellent documentation skills, coupled with strong communication, presentation, and written abilities. Must also possess a strong team work spirit.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must be meticulous and capable of clearly understanding, de-complicating, and proposing improvements to business requirements for project stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, can work independently with minimum assistance.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and experience in Agile project delivery will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting is a must.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and Business Intelligence/Business Analytics (BI/BA) platforms is a plus.

System Requirements:

  • Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • MUST have the latest Operating System (Windows 11 64bit or Mac Ventura / Sonoma)
  • 16GB with 100GB Free disk space
  • MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
  • 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
  • Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
  • Back up power source

Shift Schedule: 8AM - 4PM Pacific Standard

Rate: depends on experience
