As a Property Manager Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our property management activities. You will provide administrative support, handle tenant inquiries, assist with property maintenance coordination, and contribute to the overall success of our property management operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

	<li class="text-justify">Assist with lease administration, including drafting lease agreements, collecting rent payments, and managing lease renewals.

	<li class="text-justify">Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests, using property management software or other relevant tools.

	<li class="text-justify">Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules, addressing any violations or breaches in a timely manner. 
	 </li>
	<li class="text-justify">Assist with move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections, documenting condition reports, and managing security deposit refunds. 
	 </li>
	<li class="text-justify">Prepare and distribute regular property management reports, including financial statements, occupancy reports, and maintenance summaries.
