	<li>Effectively work with team of developers and take part on activities such as prototyping, coding, unit/integration testing, deployment, support and maintenance</li>
	<li>Provide prompt and quality on-site or remote production issue support (root cause analysis, resolution and incident report in coordination with Developer Lead)</li>
	<li>Co-work with developer lead on system stability initiatives and help build automation and monitoring</li>
	<li>Demonstrate accountability on designated domain and provide similar support to team member’s scope of work</li>
	<li>Able to come up with effort estimation and conform with the agreed timeline</li>
	<li>Work in close coordination with project manager, business analyst, developer lead, QA and operation team on their respective domains and scope-of-work</li>
	<li>Participate on various technical meetings and discussions with cross-functional groups</li>
	<li>Maintain a collaborative culture that supports a dynamic and fast-changing industry</li>

Required Skills

	<li>Oracle 11i or higher (DB design, PL/SQL, optimization) is a must</li>

Preferred Skills
