Territorial/Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Cavite and Rizal

Job Overview: 
We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to promote and market Solventum Surgical Products across Cavite and Rizal. The role involves driving product sales, developing client relationships, managing collections, and participating in public tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li class="text-justify">Promote and sell Solventum Surgical products to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Build and maintain professional relationships to strengthen product visibility and client trust.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Achieve and exceed sales and collection targets within assigned areas.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Conduct product presentations and training sessions to showcase product value and benefits.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Prepare and submit sales reports, track expenses, and support bidding and tender processes.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Provide accurate territory performance updates and market insights to supervisors.</li>
</ul>

Note: You will be reporting to the South Luzon Office Branch (located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna) every Monday for weekly reports, presentations, meetings, etc., or as required by your immediate supervisor (District Sales Manager)

Medical Sales Representative | Solventum 3M

Responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, particularly in the context of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Supply Chain Management: Oversee all purchasing activities, including planning inventory needs, managing stock levels, and approving Purchase Orders.</li>
	<li>Logistics &amp; Delivery: Schedule and monitor delivery routes, dispatch goods, and ensure timely, efficient delivery operations.</li>
	<li>Inventory Control: Direct receiving, inspection, and warehousing processes; ensure high accuracy of inventory records through regular reconciliation.</li>
	<li>Customer Service &amp; Quality: Handle escalated customer complaints, coordinate service improvement surveys, and record non-conformances.</li>
	<li>Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and appraise performance for purchasing, logistics, and delivery personnel, including approving administrative transactions.</li>
