Design Lead

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our online communities across all social media platforms. You will serve as the brand’s voice online, monitor audience sentiment, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness.

Community Management:

<ul>
	<li>Monitor, moderate, and engage with our social media communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.</li>
	<li>Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.</li>
	<li>Foster positive online conversations and encourage engagement.</li>
</ul>

Brand Advocacy:

<ul>
	<li>Represent the brand’s tone, voice, and values consistently across social platforms.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities for user-generated content, collaborations, and influencer partnerships. 
	 </li>
</ul>

Crisis Management:

<ul>
	<li>Identify and address potential issues or negative feedback before escalation.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with internal teams to manage sensitive situations and maintain brand reputation.</li>
</ul>

Trend Monitoring:

<ul>
	<li>Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.</li>
	<li>Suggest new tactics and channels to engage with the target audience effectively.</li>
</ul>

Social Media Community Manager

	<li>Take part in creating and defending business plans to the executive board;</li>
	<li>Identify key industry partners and spearhead partnerships to leverage SeriousMD solutions;</li>
	<li>Knowledge in marketing, together with the marketing team, you develop brand and identity standards of the company, as well as drive the creation and storyboarding of collaterals;</li>
	<li>Monitor the success of campaigns and promotions through performance reports;</li>
	<li>Provide efforts to increase customer satisfaction after surveying.</li>
